ORDER PLACING
Call 732- 889- 2086 or order online. One of our service agents will take your order, make any special arrangements, or answer any questions you may have about fundraising events or ordering.
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to place orders on behalf of a business/organization, and must be the authorized individual/representative responsible for placing such order.

PAYMENT METHODS
Qualify for Net 30 Billing based on credit approval, if we bill and ship through a organization/business. If you are not affiliated with the organization/business or not qualified, we may offer other payment options:
Pay with any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PAYPAL or Online Payment).
Please call 732-889-2086 for more details. With approved credit, first payment is due 30 days upon receiving your merchandise. If not paid within 30 days, you will be subject to a 3.0% monthly service charge.
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours via FEDEX or UPS, and should arrive in approximately 2-5 business days, up to 4-6 weeks
During the warmer months cold-pack shipping may be required to ensure quality delivery and freshness for certain products. Shipping costs are added to your orders. We recommend you or have an authorize representative available to accept and check package(s) upon delivery.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Generally, we DO NOT reimburse consumers if any packages was delivered to a property damaged or stolen. We will work with the carrier, as well as, law enforcement to help process a claim. However, BOXES FOR SMILES will not issue any refunds unless there's sufficient evidence that the package(s) was damaged, loss or stolen. We will not issue refund if the order was canceled 2 hours after submitting a order request.
